The Fullen School of Hair Design is located in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, and is a complete school of cosmetology. We are licensed and accredited by the State of Nebraska.
We offer a complete 2100 hour cosmetology course with extremely reasonable tuition rates. You will receive the best instruction and preparation possible so that you may fully develop your skills.
Our objective is to teach you creative hair styling, the art of applying cosmetics, and the application and study of hair and skin products.
